Three teenagers who attacked a 39-year-old woman in the 5900 block of Holabird Avenue on Tuesday are back home.

The driver crashed into another vehicle on I95, then the suspect fled the vehicle into the Rosedale neighborhood.

Fox45 obtained video of the suspects running through the neighborhood and being caught by Baltimore police.

At the time of their arrests, Baltimore police confirmed that each suspect had been arrested previously, including for stolen vehicles.

The release of the suspects after the car theft comes as questions remain about DJS policies and its leader, Secretary Vincent Schiraldi.
