Football announces game with Appalachian State next season

On Thursday, the Lindenwood football program announced an agreement with the Appalachian State University football team for future gridiron play.

The Lions travel to Boone, NC on September 6th^Th2025 to face the Mountaineers in the second week of next season. App State has been one of the most successful programs of the last decade, posting 97 wins since its FBS debut in 2014. The squad currently holds a record of 2-4 this season.

Lindenwood will also travel to Miami University (Ohio) in week five of the 2025 season.

The Black and Gold return to action Saturday when they take on Western Illinois in Homecoming.
