MALTB is seeking information for criminal investigations in Rankin County

The Mississippi Agriculture & Livestock Theft Bureau (MALTB), along with the Richland and Florence Police Departments, is seeking information on the whereabouts of two suspects as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into commercial burglary, grand larceny and equipment theft. Over the past 30 days, the Richland and Florence Police Departments have received numerous reports of break-ins at mini-storage units in Rankin County. The MALTB became involved in the investigation when eight custom-made saddles were stolen from one of the storage units. The suspect was identified as Charles Anthony Birdno II, a white male. Birdno may be in the company of his girlfriend, Leigh Anne Huff, a white woman who is also wanted.
