KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX) – According to the Kenton County Police Department, the principal of Scott High School is now facing charges after a video shows him drinking and serving alcohol to two high school students.

Anthony Procaccino, 50, of Independence, is seen in a New Year’s Eve 2023 video holding a “beer bong” while two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, drink alcohol from it, police said.

In the video, a man who police say is Procaccino can be seen in a room with the beer bong and Truly cans sitting on a table.

Police said the video was taken at Procaccino’s home.

At this time on New Year’s Eve 2023, Kenton County police said Procaccino was the principal of Whites Tower Elementary.

The investigation into the incident came after police said they were contacted over the weekend of Oct. 19-20 by the mother of one of the teens in the video.

On Oct. 21, Kenton County School District spokeswoman Jessica Dykes said in a statement that they were aware of the investigation.

“This is a personnel matter,” she said on Oct. 21, “and Cody Wolf, assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named interim principal at this time.”

If you have further information about Procaccino’s alcohol-related activities with juveniles, call Detective Jill Stulz at 859-392-1973.
