Clarke & Clarke has taken a leaf from the book of legendary British designer William Morris and created a series of capsule collections inspired by his work.

Clarke & Clarke pays homage to William Morris in three inspired collections with a hand-picked selection of his most popular designs. Traditional floral patterns and iconic leaf trails have been rescaled and colored in a range of printed fabrics, weaves and wallpapers inspired by over 160 years of tradition. William Morris Designs collections allow you to create your very own arts and crafts paradise using schemes.

Iconic wallpapers

In the wallpaper collection, Clarke & Clarke celebrates the legacy of William Morris with a hand-picked selection of his most popular wallpaper designs. Unique florals are combined with remarkable compositions in a range with a heritage spanning over 160 years, allowing you to create your very own arts and crafts paradise with the William Morris Designs wallpaper collection.

Homage to craftsmanship

Featuring a hand-picked selection of his most popular fabric designs, William Morris fabrics highlight unique floral patterns combined with remarkable compositions and recognizable Clarke & Clarke color combinations.

Style, woven in

The third capsule collection in this story plays on Clarke & Clarke’s love of expressing eclectic British style with reinterpretations of some of William Morris’s most popular prints.

Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, this collection of fabrics and embroideries sits alongside our William Morris-inspired wallpapers and printed fabrics. Celebrating William Morris in signature Clarke & Clarke colors, it creates a lived-in interior look that’s easy to layer.

Combining fresh color stories, including teal, chartreuse and linen, with retouched and rescaled iconic designs, a new sense of luxury and sophistication is created. Heritage charm and a contemporary color palette create a stylish woven collection inspired by William Morris, a hero of British design.

“Each of these designs, whether jacquard, embroidery, printed fabric or stylish wallpaper, conveys a contemporary feeling of luxury. William Morris’ designs are loved by so many and it was an honor to work with these designs, rescaling and recoloring heroes like Strawberry Thief, Acanthus and Willow Boughs for a modern audience that wants a piece of Morris in “Wishes your home with a contemporary pop of color.” Jessica Ellis, senior textile designer at Clarke & Clarke.

Please note that these collections are only available in selected countries.
