Nashua man arrested on animal cruelty charges: police report

NASHUA, NH – Milton Uchuari, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on October 16, 2024 for operating without a valid license.

Fernand Fauteux, 37, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of theft by deception over $1,501.

Erleyrder Castaneda, 47, of Dalton Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of cruelty to animals; negligent charge.

Michael Avila, 20, of Central Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 15 on two criminal mischief and three stalking charges.

Lucila Velez, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.

Chad S. Hirtle Jr., 27, of Howard Street, Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of receiving stolen property – less than $1,000 and theft by unlawful taking – less than $1,000 .

Jadon Wolf, 18, of Burke Street, Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on an electronic warrant for failure to appear in court.

Shawn A. Price, 49, of South Main Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on a charge of threatening to kill with a weapon.

Natacha Lee Smith, 36, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, was arrested Oct. 14 on an out-of-town warrant.

Joel P. Curtin, 52, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on a charge of conduct after an accident.

Pimienta Alejandro Moreno, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on a charge of criminal mischief.

Kaitlynn Dobry, 25, of Hobbs Avenue in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 14 on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-threatening a person and deadly weapon.

Jose Ramon Gutierrez Velazquez, 41, of Elm Street, Nashua, on a vehicle registration violation suspension.

Sheila Levy, 61, of Blossom Street, Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of loitering or prowling and unlawful activity; Violation of waste control.

Jonathan Gill Delorey, 40, of Bangor Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of criminal mischief.

Godoy Nery Estuardo Oliveros, 35, of Central Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of operating without a valid license.

Allyson L. Hastings, 61, of Salem Street, Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of willful concealment.

Stephen Walter Roach, 32, of Lake Street, Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of domestic violence and simple assault.

James E. Gibson, 34, of Fernwood Street in Nashua, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest or detention, as well as driving in the opposite direction, riding a bicycle on the sidewalk and prohibited acts on a bicycle, and ride the bicycle as close to the carriageway side of the road as possible for violations.
