Tulsa police are investigating a fatal shooting at the north Tulsa apartment complex

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police are investigating a deadly shooting near Apache and Marion.

Police said they received a call about a fight between two men around 9:30 p.m. When they arrived, they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds who later died after being taken to the hospital.

According to police, the shooting occurred near the Apache Manor apartment complex.

Tulsa police said they sent a helicopter into the air and found a Dodge Durango moving from the scene to another apartment.

Police said they located the owner of that car at an apartment and found three others at the same location.

Capt. Matt Arnold told 2 News this investigation is still in its early stages.

“All of these people and one other witness from the north side of the complex were transported to the detective division where they are currently providing statements to detectives,” said Capt. Arnold.

The police assume that there is no danger to the public.

The police are questioning people on site and looking for the suspect.
