You can hardly believe that Star Wars Outlaws has been available since August, and although the game appears to be drowning under the weight of other releases in 2024, Ubisoft is committed to keeping the single-player title fresh.

Aside from that, Ubisoft is apparently working hard on development Outlaws a more pleasant experience for players, which is why update 1.3.0 has just been released.

This latest update focuses on changes to stealth, giving players more flexibility in how they approach certain combat situations.

Of course, there are also standard bug fixes and general improvements such as improved overall stability and FPS drops as well as commonly reported crashes.

In terms of gameplay, there are now more and improved quest checkpoints, improved manual and auto save features, improved NPC and player animations, and the “searched” difficulty now scales based on the player’s progress.

There are also improvements aimed at this Outlaws UI and HUD settings, audio, cinematics, camera, photo mode and accessibility.

Traveling through the open world also becomes much easier as the chances of crashing are reduced, making traversal much easier.

Although Update 1.3.0 brought a ton of improvements and fixes, Ubisoft still hasn’t improved performance on PC, despite Ubisoft being aware of the issue.

There is also an ongoing issue affecting PC users after the latest 24H2 Windows update, but developers are working on it too.

Last but not least, Ubisoft announced that they are working on update 1.4.0 and will release it on November 21st.

It is said to be the largest to date.
