1 dead in shooting Thursday in Tallulah – The Vicksburg Post

Louisiana State Police (LSP) are investigating a shooting that left one person dead in Tallulah on Thursday.

According to LSP, the shooting occurred in the 200 block of Thomas Street.

“On Thursday, at approximately 6:40 p.m., the Louisiana State Police/CID/Detectives-Monroe Field Office (LSP MFO) were requested by the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office (MPSO) to investigate a homicide that occurred within the city limits of Tallulah said Ryan Daivs of the LSP Public Affairs Department. “LSP MFO will act as the lead investigative agency, assisted by MPSO. The investigation remains active and ongoing. No further information is available at this time.”

LSO said anyone with information and/or images and videos is encouraged to share that information with LSP investigators.
