The news regarding Spider Man 4 is coming quickly as Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have agreed on a release date for the film. The biggest news of the week came when Tom Holland revealed Spider Man 4 is actually happening and filming is scheduled to take place next summer. With Marvel distance blade Given the 2025 calendar and increasing speculation about the studio’s three films in 2028, we can now have peace of mind as to when Spider Man 4 celebrates its premiere.

“NEW: Speaking of spiders… the UNTITLED SPIDER-MAN MOVIE starring Tom Holland and directed by Destin Daniel Cretton hits theaters July 24, 2026,” reads a post from Fandango’s Erik Davis on X (formerly Twitter). The July 24, 2026 date comes just seven days after a new untitled film from director Christopher Nolan, which coincidentally will also star Tom Holland, having been added to the project. How Holland will handle the juggling Spider Man 4 and filming of his Christopher Nolan film that same year remains to be seen, but it’s safe to say the webslinger will be a busy man in 2025.
