Beyoncé performs at Kamala Harris’ rally in Houston

The 43-year-old singer, who grew up in Houston, has not yet officially endorsed Harris for president. But she gave the campaign permission to use her song “Freedom” as the soundtrack for Harris’ first campaign video back in July, when Harris first announced she would run for president.

The Beyhive expects the singer to sing “Freedom,” taken from the star’s breakthrough 2016 album Lemonade, among several other tracks. It wasn’t immediately clear when Beyoncé is scheduled to perform on Friday or whether it will take place before or after Harris takes the stage to address the crowd around 8:30 p.m. CT.

Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump was also in Texas on Friday to chat with Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” Details of the interview have not been released and it is unclear when they will be released.
