Former WWE Champions announced for “Grudge Match” at Crown Jewel

Former WWE Champions announced for “Grudge Match” at Crown Jewel

Two SmackDown stars face off at WWE Crown Jewel.

Fans saw Kevin Owens turn on his friend Cody Rhodes at the Bad Blood PLE. After feeling a sense of betrayal, the Prizefighter took his anger out on Rhodes, leaving him beaten up in the parking lot.

He continued his wrath on the following SmackDown, leaving a lasting impression on Randy Orton. After Orton stopped Owens from continuing his ambush on Rhodes, the Viper sensed Owens’ fear. Shortly afterwards, the former Universal Champion attacked Orton again in the parking lot and left him lying there for help.

Filled with anger and hostility, Randy Orton appeared on tonight’s October 25 episode of SmackDown and demanded a match against Owens for Triple H. Although The Game initially rejected the match to protect Orton, it later approved the match.

The Game was able to empathize with Owens’ emotions and anger and tried a mind game with Orton. Owens trusted both Rhodes and Orton, but viewed their recent actions as a betrayal and therefore decided to attack him. As Triple H tried to protect former WWE Champion Orton from another career-threatening injury, a convincing argument from The Apex Predator changed his match.

The Cerebral Assassin gave in to his request and approved Randy Orton’s match against Kevin Owens at Crown Jewel PLE. In about two weeks, the two former champions will face off and settle their dispute as fans expect exciting action.

Triple H has shared the first behind-the-scenes footage ahead of WWE’s Netflix debut

With about two months left until WWE’s Netflix debut, Triple H decided to take a first look at the promotion’s Netflix footage. The Game shared some behind-the-scenes footage and wrote on X(Twitter):

Hold on tight…the road to @netflix begins.”

It featured NXT star Cutler James in the squared circle filming footage in front of a giant green screen.
