There are few bigger rivalries in NCAA volleyball than the one between Nebraska and Wisconsin. The battle for the Big Ten continues on November 1st.

The no. 9 Badgers receive the No. 2 Huskers in their first game this season. Nebraska fans remember how this matchup went last year, when Wisconsin beat the then-undefeated Huskers at home in one of the final games of the season. Nebraska doesn’t have the same worries this time around, having already lost a game, but it would give the Huskers their first Big Ten loss of the year and shake up the top of the conference standings.

Nebraska and Wisconsin are truly the epitome of Big Ten volleyball. The two programs have won the last five conference championships and are consistently near the top of the national rankings. Every time they play it could be a national championship, just like in 2021.

They are Sarah Franklin and Merritt Beason, Carter Booth and Andi Jackson, Charle Fürbringer and Bergen Reilly. It doesn’t get any better.
