Geneva man charged with theft following theft investigation in Seneca Falls

A Geneva man was arrested Thursday following a theft investigation at a local business, according to Seneca Falls police.

Gary D. Guild, 41, was arrested Oct. 24 at approximately 4:37 p.m. Authorities discovered that Guild left the store without paying for the items. He was charged with petty theft, which was classified as a misdemeanor.

Guild was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to address the charges.
