Mega Millions winning numbers, live results from Friday’s $229 million lottery drawing

The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $229 million, with a cash option of $107.5 million.

The winning numbers were: 23, 26, 35, 41 and 43. The Mega Ball was 7with a Megaplier from 2X.

UPDATE: There was no top jackpot winner in Friday night’s drawing. However, Two tickets were sold in Missouri Everyone won $1 million because these tickets matched all five regular numbers but not the Mega Ball number. The jackpot for the next drawing, scheduled for Tuesday evening, October 29, is estimated to be $250 million, with the cash option valued at $117.3 million.

No one in the entire country hit the $205 million jackpot last Tuesday. There were also no tickets sold for the $1 million second prize for this drawing.

Tuesday’s winning numbers were: 8, 43, 48, 58 and 60. The Mega Ball was 4 with a Megaplier of 3X.

The odds of a $2 ticket winning the Mega Millions jackpot when matching five numbers and the Mega Ball are 302,575,350 to 1.

Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance that a ticket that matches five numbers but does not include the Mega Ball will win at least $1 million. The odds of matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball and winning a prize worth at least $10,000 are 931,001 to 1.

Mega Millions drawings take place every Tuesday and Friday in 45 states as well as Washington, DC and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
