Technical details have been reported in Italy about Ferrari’s 2025 F1 car, which Lewis Hamilton will drive.

Hamilton will make the seismic move from Mercedes to Ferrari next year.

He will inherit a car that is currently not as competitive as the Red Bull or the McLaren.

Ferrari’s car next year will be codenamed “Project 677.”

According to the Gazzetta report, it will feature a pull-rod suspension at the front, a major change from the current vehicle’s push-rod suspension.

The rear retains its current tie rod scheme, which is in contrast to Red Bull or McLaren.

This is because Ferrari’s rear end is the “cornerstone” of the car’s dynamics, the report says.

The SF-24’s rear essentially makes it the best F1 car at tire management, especially since its summer break upgrades.
