Dak Prescott leaves the Cowboys game in Week 9 potentially dealing with multiple injuries

Dak Prescott leaves the Cowboys game in Week 9 potentially dealing with multiple injuries

The Dallas Cowboys are on their way to their fifth loss of the season. As in previous weeks, they struggled on both sides while the Atlanta Falcons gained a comfortable lead.

Unlike the loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8 or the Baltimore Ravens in Week 3, Dak Prescott won’t have a close call with a late surge.

That’s because Prescott’s day is over and Cooper Rush replaces him in the fourth quarter. The official word is that he is out with a hamstring injury, but that may not be the only problem he is dealing with.

While the replay showed Prescott straining his hamstring after attempting a pass, he was also seen on the sideline having his hand tended to by trainers.

Prescott struggled all year, finishing this year with 133 yards on 18 of 24 passing. He added 30 yards on the ground, but still saw his team trailing 21-13 when he left the game and 27-13 when Rush entered.
