Florida fans roast Billy Napier after terrible first half against Texas in Week 11

Florida fans are not happy with how the first half went against Texas in Week 11. The Gators trailed 35-0 at halftime in Austin.

It’s not the best performance considering Billy Napier has just received a vote of confidence as head coach. Turnovers, missed field goals, sacks and questionable play-calling were all factors in this first half.

As expected. Fl0rida fans took to social media to vent their frustration over the miserable start.

Third-string quarterback Aidan Warner has struggled to get comfortable and it looks like it could be a long day for the Gators. A loss in Week 11 would drop the Gators to 4-5 on the season.

With games remaining against LSU, Ole Miss and Florida State, the Gators need two more wins to secure bowl eligibility. Napier’s squad also failed to reach a bowl in 2023, putting the team at risk of missing a bowl game two straight seasons for the first time since 1985-86.
