Matt Cameron confirms that after the outcome of Pearl Jam he did not retire

Matt Cameron sent shock waves through the rock world last week when he announced his departure of Pearl Jam after 27 years. “I took my last steps the drums Riser for the mighty pearl jam,” he wrote. “I am the crew, employees and fans all over the world grateful. It was an incredible journey. More to follow.

There is no reason to assume that Cameron's departure is anything but a friendly provision, and the band even hugged him after one champagne toast at the end of his last Perlmam in Pittsburghs PPG Paints Arena on May 18. In retrospect, the short North American arena seems to be a friendly part of her long -term drummer at the beginning of this year. But the public was still not told why Cameron went. He also did not discuss future plans.

But in a new Instagram story in his official report, Cameron made it clear that the fans did not see the last of him. “Thanks for the kind support of the support,” he wrote, “and for the recording I am still an active musician.”

At this point, nobody knows exactly what that means. But the surviving members of Soundgarden are now in possession of Chris Cornell's last vocal tracks and have spoken many times about transforming them into the band's last album.

“Our goal and goal was always to complete it,” said Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil Rab in May. “I probably have enough not to want to leave anything unfinished or incomplete. I think the more we can take care of our workplace and our catalog. It would be a great gift for the fans. And I think about it and I don't know how strange that sounds, but I have the feeling that it is also a gift for Chris.”

Soundgarden was back to the beginner on the bill of the black Sabbath, but they didn't play. “We are super amazed and regret that we could not coordinate the schedules of our individual and collective projects to attend the festival and contribute to the festival,” they wrote in a bander's declaration on Instagram. “The warmth, love and support of the Black Sabbath team was a persistent source of encouragement and strength throughout our career.”

You have another chance to unite November 8th when Soundgarden is included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. “It seems that this invitation is there,” said Thayil. “It is due to the hall how you develop your program, but we would like to play there.”

Pearl Jam has now not announced how they will continue without Cameron. Some fans dreamed of bidding fences VS.Vitalogy-er drummer Dave Abbruzese after three decades alienation. In a post on Facebook, Abbruzzese said that it remains a highly unlikely scenario.

“The fact that I had no personal contact with one of them makes me believe that the water under the bridge is too deep and too icy to give a reconciliation or reconciliation,” he wrote. “This is a shame and makes me very sad. I know that I could and have a lot if the call was indeed, but unfortunately I don't see that.”

Then he asked the fans to stop him, to tell him that he should contact Pearl Jam Management. “I guess and understand to see their wishes what could come out of this reunion musically,” he wrote. “I would lie if I said I wasn't curious either.”

Only in the event that someone was curious to see what it would be like to play Pearl Jam -Songs again, he posted a new video on Facebook over the weekend, in which he reproduced his original tremor with “Animal”. He may not reach the band directly, but maybe this is his way of showing that he still has the chops in the extremely unlikely event that they reach for him.
