The Detroit Tigers do not play a baseball today, but are still well represented in today's All-Star game.

The annual Matchup takes place in Truist Park in Atlanta. The game is broadcast on FOX, with the game report from 8 p.m. ET from 8:00 p.m.

Six tigers were appointed to the all-star team of the American League: second Baseman Gleyber Torres, Outfield Riley Greene, Outfield Javier Báez, Uach player Zach McKintry, Start Krug Tarik Skubal and starting jug Casey Mize.

Torres, Greene and Báez were each selected to start the game in the field for the AL, while Skubal was appointed starting jug for manager Aaron Boone (New York Yanke). Torres and Greene will beat Leadoff or No. 2 in the line -up. Báez, which Field Field plays, is in number 8.

This is the first time since 2013 that six tigers have been appointed as all-stars that combines the teams of the 1984-85 and 2013 for the franchise record.
