Nintendo and Sony's live action film “Legend of Zelda” introduced his Zelda and Link.

In a social media post on Wednesday, Shigeru Miyamoto from Nintendo revealed that Bo Bragason Zelda will play as a link with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, together with the seemingly first look of the actors in the costume.

“I am pleased to be able to tell you that Zelda is played for the live action film by” The Legend of Zelda “by Bo Bragason-San and Link by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth-San,” says Nintendo's official account. “I am really looking forward to seeing both on the big screen.”

The English actor Bragason is known for her roles in the BBC One “Three Girls” and “The Jetty” and in “Renegade Nell” by Disney+. Last year she played in Euro Lyns Vampire comedy film “The Radleys”. Ainsworth, also English, was Pinocchio's voice in Robert Zemeckis' Live Action “Pinocchio” and played miles in the Netflix series “The Haunting of Bly Manor”. He also plays in the Canadian comedy series “Son of a Critch” and appeared in an episode of Netflix “The Sandman”.

“The Legend of Zelda” is scheduled to debut in the cinemas on May 7, 2027. Last month, the film was moved by its original date in March 2027 “for production reasons”, said Miyamoto at that time.
