Portland data show what happens to crime rates near new homeless accommodation overnight

The plan of Portland, Mayor Keith Wilson, at least a dozen new homeless accommodation in neighborhoods throughout the city, came across his first organized resistance a few weeks ago when a new city home was announced for Pearl District in northwest Portland.

The opponents of the protective expansion in this neighborhood have continued to protest the plan, wrote letters to the audience with Wilson to ask him to rethink. On the many concerns expressed by neighbors of the planned new animal shelter, the undesirable behavior, including criminal behavior, is attracted to the nearby blocks.
