Canadiens, Center Joe Veleno votes

The 25-year-old center was previously taken over by the Chicago Blackhawks on June 21 in return for striker Andre Burakovsky. Veleno ended the season in Chicago after a Deadline deal sent him from the Detroit Red Wings to the Blackhawks.

In 71 games between Detroit and Chicago, Veleno scored eight goals and 17 points.

This coming season should be the last year with a two-year-old $ 4.55 million, which he had interrupted with Detroit before his recording.

Veleno spent the first four and a half seasons of his career with the Red Wings and reached a 28-point campaign with 12 goals in 2023-24.
