Lakeview Shooting: Michael Jenkins for attempted murder, crimes on the north side, says the Chicago police, says the Chicago police, says the police

Chicago (WLS) – The Chicago police accused a 19-year-old a number of crimes on the north side, including the attempted murder of a woman.

Michael Jenkins, 19 from Chicago, was arrested on Monday in the 3700 block of the S. Princeton Avenue, the police said.

He is accused of having robbed two women in the 400 block of W. Wellington Avenue with a gun held.

During the robbery, Jenkin allegedly shot one of the victims in the stomach.

He is also accused of robbing a 21-year-old woman on June 9th in the 700 block of the W. Roscoe Avenue with a weapon.

The police said he was charged on June 9th in the 3100 block by N. Broadway and on July 12th in connection with stolen vehicles and on July 12th.

The 19-year-old is charged with eight crimes, including the murder, robbery with a firearm that is in the position of a stolen vehicle, an intensely illegal use of weapon and identity theft.
