Atlanta – The Big Dumper did it.

After Cal Raleigh compiled a record setting in the first half, he won Major League Baseball in Truist Park 2025 and won the title of the top sluggish from Baseball.

The Seattle Mariners Slugger, who achieved 38 home runs before the All Star break, the second most common history of the MLB-Schicked the 22-year-old Junior Caminero from Tampa Bay Rays in the final and is the first catcher to win the Homerun derby.

After his father and a younger brother caught, Raleigh was the second Mariner, who was crowned the derby champion and joined Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr., who won it three times.

“You don't think you will win it. You don't think you will be invited at all,” said Raleigh. “Then they are invited and the fact that they win it with their family is particularly special. What a night.”

But Raleigh's night ended almost early and rose from the first round by less than one centimeter.

Raleigh and Brent Roker had fourth place with 17 Homers, with the tie -breaker being her most longest Homerun. This also looked connected to the MLB live tracker, who both showed himself 471 feet, but Raleighs 470.61-footed home (literally) rose Rookers 470.53-foot shot.

“My goodness gracious, it's close. It's just crazy,” said Raleigh after his victory. “One centimeter away, and I'm not even in the last four. Only incredible.

“I think I was lucky there. An additional biscuit.”

Then Raleigh lived alive in the semi -finals and beat 19 Homer to easily defeat the Pittsburgh Pirates' Oneil Cruz. Cruz had got the crowd up in the first round and had a 513 foot explosion-the longest of the night-calling for the eighth of his 21 Home Runs.

“As a family, it was really something special,” said Cals father Todd Raleigh after the derby. “I don't know why we were blessed … When the family contained it, the complexion changed. And we thought if he didn't meet Homeruns, we will still be good.”

When asked how his son became a Switch grille, Todd did not skim.

“Has it on the first day when he was literally in diapers,” said Todd. “And I would take this big ball and he had a big red racket. I would slowly throw it and he would hit it. Then I would say, stay there, pick it up, turn it around, switch his hands and do it again.”

Byron Buxton, who met in the first round 20, fell to Caminero in the other semi -finals.

Also in the first round, the Washington Nationals' James Wood (16 HR), the hometown -favorite Matt Olson (15) and the New York Yankees -infield Jazz Chisholm (3) were removed.

So the night in Truist Park developed:

The final is equipped with Cal Raleigh to Junior Caminero.

  • Raleigh led in the final and had a great time, beat 18 Homeruns – which will be a difficult number for Caminero.
  • Caminero cleaned the right field seats with Homern and ended the regulation with 14, whereby a dramatic bonus time was set up, in which he needed four to bind Raleigh. Caminero only managed one and made Raleigh the 2025 champion.

  • After he had reached the semi -finals with 19 homes in the semi -finals.
  • Cruz crushed it in the first round, but came in the semifinals with 13 Homern to end his night.

  • Buxton scored seven Homeruns in his semi -finals and could not find the late Burst, who got him out of the first round.
  • Caminero went off with his eighth Homerun and climbed to the final, where he competes against Cal Raleigh or Onil Cruz.

It will be Byron Buxton against Junior Caminero and Oneil Cruz against Cal Raleigh in the KO -Bühne. The winners rise to the final.

After the Truist Field fans had behind him, the Braves' first Baseman with 15 Home Runs was the regular time – but it failed to meet another in the bonus time to join the semifinacs.

When his father and brother catch, Raleigh started the round left-handed and came back from a break and then went back to the left to achieve the bonus period. Delivered in the clutch and tied it together with 17 place with Brent Roker with 17.

The Yankees infielder was booed after his round and only met three homes to ensure quick removal. Chisholm fought a lot and polluted a number of fluctuations directly back into the stands.

Born in Georgia from Minnesota Twins, in his round, 20 Homeruns scored the longest, which is 466 feet. He is in third place with three remaining battery and can only see how he waits for his fate.

The Pittsburgh Pirates' field brought the crowd of Truist Park onto its feet and started Homeruns, who drove 513 and 488 feet. He ended the round with 21 and tied him halfway for the tour.

Atlanta – When Cal Raleigh steps onto the plate for his first swing in the Homerun derby, his past, current and future merged. Pitching is his father Todd, the former coach of Western Carolina and Tennessee, the man who had a training facility for exercises and Batboy opportunities and built a training facility in her house in North Carolina.

And the catch is Todd “T” Raleigh, Raleigh's 15-year-old brother, whose games he tries to be present when his Seattle Mariners bring him back to the deep South, who leaves the hand-me-down tunnel of the big brother. – Gabe lacques

The 2025 Home Run Derby has three rounds: the first round, the semi -finals and the final.

In the first round, the rackets have three minutes or 40 parking spaces (depending on what comes first) to meet as many home runs as possible. Each player receives a bonus time that takes until he takes three fluctuations that do not lead to a Homer. If a Homerun of 425 feet or more is hit during the bonus period, the Schlagmann gets a fourth place

The four players with the highest total total in the semi-finals and of the player who reached the longest Homerun in their round was interrupted in the first round.

The semi-finals become a knockout format, whereby players No. 1-4 sown based on their total amount of the first round. The players have two minutes or 27 parking spaces in the semi -finals and in the final. The ties in the semi-finals are interrupted by a 60-second-“-ducting”.

Each dough receives a time crossing of 45 seconds during bonus periods or tie-breakers.

The outfield of Dodgers Teoscar Hernandez was crowned in 2024 Home Run Derby Champion after defeating Royals Shortstop Bobby Witt in the final.

Hernandez beat 14 Homer in the last round, one more than Witt, the first Dodgers player to win the derby title.
