The husband of the social media influencer Emilie Kiser could be exposed to child abuse due to child abuse because of the death of her 3-year-old son Trigg, who was supposedly drowned in her backyard pool in Arizona.

In a post on X, the Chandler police authority announced that it had completed her investigation into the boy's death and recommended a class 4 crime against Brady Kiser.

Now the case is checked by the Maricopa County public prosecutor, the police said.

The tragic incident occurred on May 16 in the couple's house in the southern part of Chandler, which is about 25 miles outside of Phoenix.

The boy was passed out when first aiders came into the scene. He later died in the hospital according to the police.

According to several outlets that cited official documents, Emilie was traveling with friends at the time of the incident. Brady told the police that he had been distracted by her newborn while Trigg played outside. After losing sight of Trigg, he went to him and found him in the pool.

Emilie filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County to keep the records in connection with the death of her son privately, and a judge temporarily blocked her release last month, several outlets reported.

Emilie has accumulated millions of supporters on her Instagram and TikTok accounts by shared content in connection with mother and woman. Her content regularly included her husband and children. For a few days before the tragedy, she has not posted the comments on most of her old contributions.
