Supergirl poster sets the DCU slogan from Supermans strange

James Gunn, CEO of DC Studios, shared the first Super girl Poster for the most excited next film in the DC universe. This happened after Superman's latest theater debut, where fans who have already seen the film were treated with the first official view of Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl. Her surprising appearance gave the fans an idea of what the Girl of Steel's DCU film would expect.

Who is in the Super Girl?

The poster shows Alcock, who carries a long brown trench coat over her super girl and teases the mood of her character at the same time. It also shows a playful shoot on Superman's DCU Tagline “Look Up”, which apparently indicates the chaotic chaos that will bring it into the DCU.

Based on her surprising cameo appearance in Superman, Alcock's version will definitely differentiate between previous live action adjustments from the fan favorite hero. The figure of Melissa Benoist was played in the Arrowverse shows of the CW and by Sasha Calle in The Flash Movie 2023 in front of the DRAGON veterinarian's house.

Supergirl is staged by Craig Gillespie from a screenplay by Ana Nogueira based on the writer Tom King and illustrator Bilquis Evely's wife of Tomorrow Comic series from 2021-2022. The film will also be Matthias Schoenaerts as a Krem by The Yellow Hills and Eve Ridley as Ruthye Mary Knoll, David Krumholtz as a Zor-El, with Jason Momoa, who will also appear as a lobo. It can currently be seen for an release date on June 26, 2026.

According to Gunn, the upcoming film will show how different Supergirl comes from your cousin Clark/Superman and teases a “lots of hardcore” version of the hero when we are used to it.

“I think these things are really an integral part of the two characters and the differences between them, and that Clark really has this really happy childhood,” said Gunn. “I mean, he had parents who loved him in a relaxed education, and in many ways it makes him very dysfunctional on superheroes. And super girl, especially the DCU supergirl, it is a kind of chaos. I mean, she has a real problem based on the comic on the comic.
