AT & T 4-point shot emphasizes the special rules

For 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star game

NEW YORKJuly 16, 2025-the AT & T 4-point shot will highlight a number of four special rules that are carried out for the AT&T WNBA All-Star game 2025 for Saturday, July 19th, in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis (8:30 p.m. ET on ABC, Disney+ and ESPN+).

The special rules are put into force to enable additional excitement and an improved game pace for the AT&T all-star game format 2025, as follows:

AT & T 4-point shot

Four circles placed at each end of the current three-point line at a distance of 28 feet from the edge [approximately six feet further than the current three-point line]

Each 4-foot circle is shown as a “AT & T 4 point shot”

Every shot of a player who has contact the shot in the 4-point area is attributed to four points

Made for every AT & T 4-point shotAT&T wants Donation of a foundations supported by the WNBA and selected by the players

(See court diagram below)

20-second shot clock

The shooting clock is shortened from 24 to 20 seconds. The shooting clock is still reset for 14 seconds after an offensive rebound.

Live play substitution

The teams can be hockey-like player substitutions in the game while the ball is in the game, provided that certain conditions are met:

• Only the offensive team can produce live play substitutions, and only one player replacement is permitted per property

• One player can leave the place and another can only take the place while his team has the ball in the background

• The players who end and enter the court

• The player who takes the place

The non -attachment of one of the guidelines mentioned above leads to sales and the ball is awarded to the opposing team.

Automatic points for free throwing: “No free forests”

Under certain circumstances, in which a player would shoot free throws, the player is automatically attributed to the maximum available points in view of the situation. In such cases, the box points reflects the corresponding number of free kicks such as attempted and how created

The only time in which the players physically try to enable free throw in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter and in the entire overtime times (s)
