Caitlin Clark von Fieber (groin area) was downgraded against Liberty

New York – Indiana Fever Star Caitlin Clark was exhausted against the New York Liberty in Brookly for the game on Wednesday evening.

Clark's status for all-star weekend celebrations in Indianapolis remains undecided. She was appointed a participant on the 3-point competition on Friday and previously announced as a starter and captain for the All-Star game on Saturday.

“No discussion about this weekend yet.” Indiana coach Stephanie White said. “Imagination was taken, but there was no discussion about tonight.”

Clark was injured in the last minute of the 85-77 win on Tuesday evening against the Connecticut Sun in the Boston TD Garden. Fiever trainer Stephanie White later told reporters Clark “felt something in her groin area” and she would be rated.
