Another legal victory for Erik and Lyle Menendez

Last week, judge William Ryan ordered that the state had to explain why important evidence from the murder process against Erik and Lyle Menendez was excluded. The evidence in question contains a letter that was allegedly written by Erik Menendez and the alleged sexual abuse he experienced from his father, as well as an affidavit from a former Boy band member who claimed that he was raped by José Menendez at the age of 14.
