Uber, clear partner at New Robotaxi Service, takes over Waymo and Tesla

Uber (Uber) focuses on robotaxis, with the pure play electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid (LCID) being a partner.

Together with the autonomous technology company Nuro (Nuro.pvt), the two companies terminated a “first-class premium global robotaxi program of the next generation” for the Uber platform on Thursday morning.

The new Robotaxi program would equip the Lucid Gravity SUV with the autonomous software Nuros Driver Level 4, which is provided on Uber platform and fleet management systems.
