Charging devices WR Tre Harris as one of 30 unexualized second-round picks

The rookie receiver of Los Angeles Chargers, Tre Harris, is a training camp and could be the first in an unprecedented number.

Harris did not report on Saturday -the deadline for newcomers to Bolts -, reported Ian Rapoport, insider from NFL Network.

The chargers are the first team to open the training camp. The veterans for a report on Wednesday. However, LA is hardly the only team that deals with a round round of the second round.

Thirty of 32 picks of the second round do not yet have to sign your rookie contracts due to a disagreement about guaranteed money, Rapoport reported.

No. 33 overall winner Carson Schwesinger from the Cleveland Browns – the top election of the second round – signed and also Jayden Higgins from Houston Texans No. 34.

Both Schwesinger and Higgins signed fully guaranteed shops that NFL Network -Insider Tom Pelissero found on May 9th -as the Treaty of Schwesinger from Cleveland was announced -was able to have a wave effect. More than two months later, no other selection of the second round agreed on the conditions, so that it had a massive effect.

Cincinnati Bengal's first round (No. 17) Shemar Stewart and Denver Broncos First-Rounder (No. 20) Jahdae Barron are the only opening selection that is not signed. Stewart and the Bengal's contract snack were also related to contract guarantees.
