Charging devices WR Tre Harris as one of 30 unexualized second-round picks

The rookie receiver of Los Angeles Chargers, Tre Harris, is a training camp and could be the first in an unprecedented number.

Harris did not report on Saturday -the deadline for newcomers to Bolts -, reported Ian Rapoport, insider from NFL Network.
