Greenville man arrested after the brother's death | crime

Greenville – A man from Greenville was arrested and accused of killing his own brother.

21-year-old Santwan Johnson is charged with murder.

He is held in the regional correctional facility in Washington County and is waiting for his first appearance in court.

The police were called around 9 p.m. Wednesday for the 700 block of the cotton drive in relation to a shootout.

Officers found the victim in the hallway with a gunshot wound on the chest.

He was identified as a 27-year-old gervonte Johnson.
