GOP Rep says he doesn't trust Trump Doj

MP Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) Signed that on Tuesday he does not believe that the findings of the files of the Ministry of Justice (DOJ) of files in connection with the disgrace financier Jeffrey Epstein-Anlicht, the lack of a customer list and the cause of his death 2019-.

“I'm over it. It disgusts me,” said Burchett to Cnn's Manu Raju. “I am great in terms of clarity and transparency, and that's a good reason why the government does not trust the government.”

When asked whether he considers Doj to be trustworthy, the Republican Tennessee replied: “I don't know.”

He quickly added: “No, I don't. I don't think I don't. I don't trust them.”

Burchett previously suggested that the bidet management destroyed Epstein's list of customers.

The DOJ and the FBI published a common memo last week in which the death of Epstein was a suicide and that such a list of customers did not exist. The findings apparently contradicted the remarks by Attorney General Pam Bondi at the beginning of this year when she said that a customer list was “on my desk” for checking.

Bondi also handed over several binders of case files entitled “Die Epstein files: Phase 1” to conservative influencers at an event at the beginning of this year and swore by examining epstein.

President Trump and the government have doubled the results, even though they had been criticized and how many demands the full publication of the files. The White House said that Bondi's earlier comments were referred to the entire files and not to a client list.

Nevertheless, some critics have asked the Attorney General to withdraw according to the contradictory statements. Bondi dropped the proposal on Tuesday.

The controversy around the files also caused a gap between Trump's base.

While some conservatives have requested a special examination, others – including the president – say that they will continue to agree to the party.

“America deserves the truth about Jeffrey Epstein and the rich powerful elites in his circle,” wrote the MP of Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA.)

“When George Santos went to prison for 7 years, but Epstein only served for 13 months, our judicial system is corrupt !!!”
