Three large Xbox publications were in the top platform downloads last week

The good people at Alinea Analytics shared their best estimates for the top platform downloads from the past week (i.e. Xbox, Playstation and Steam), and it ensures a rather interesting reading.

It turns out that the top place went EA Sport College Football 26But only Since the 10-hour EA game test was also provided to the members of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The game had 1.9 million downloads on all platforms last week, including twice as many on Xbox vs. Playstation because of the game.

Another game that benefited massively from Game Pass (at least in terms of downloads) was Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3+4. This game apparently collected 1.2 million downloads last week, 69% of which were on Xbox. However, the sales data seem to be somewhat confusing us – 100,000 people are said to have bought them on Steam and Playstation last week, without being a word on Xbox.

As you can see from this picture, the third place was called by a game called SUMMITWhat we want to see on Xbox at some point in the future – but it is only a PC for now. Cyberpunk 2077 made the list due to a recording in PlayStation Plus and a recently strong discount on Steam.

And finally Mecha Break was launched as an Xbox and PC-exclusive PC in the early this month and was downloaded 668,000 times last week (as a free title). Most of these downloads were on Steam, but 135,000 of them were on Xbox. So far, 600,000 players have on Xbox, but his DAU- and CCU numbers should “lose weight quickly”.

There is more information in the analysis itself if you are interested and ultimately not The Surprised by something here, but the two best places only show how impressive the Xbox game passport can be for the break serious Player numbers!
