An over 20 pages of charges by the 24th Court Court in Jefferson Parish describes a decades of program in which Danette Colbert, Rickey White and Christian Anderson are involved. The prosecutors claim that the three victims from the French district had brought them to hotel rooms, put them under drugs and then fled.

“You really see a coordinated effort that has been celebrated for over 10 years,” said Michelle Foster, Vice President of the Metropolitan Crime Commission.

According to the court documents, the operation began in 2012. Colbert was supposedly as a prostitute, White acted as her pimp, and Anderson, also PIMP, Colbert supplied with drugs.

The group is accused of stealing at least 15 mobile phones, 29 credit and debit cards and over $ 131,000 in cash through ATM withdrawals or electronic transmissions.

“The program has really shown the program for how this happened and how they continued to do this scheme,” said Foster.

The evidence mentioned in the indictment contains text messages between the suspects. In an exchange from June 2019, Anderson told a nameless employee that he “littered people in the car and gives them Xanax water to get them to sleep”.

Another message from August 2024 shows Anderson, in which the risks of your actions are recognized. When an employee wrote an SMS: “She has to learn something new,” replied Anderson: “Yes, she does before she kills someone in the accident.”

This terrifying warning became a reality in February 2025 when Manzano was found dead with Colbert in a hotel room in connoisseur after a night. An autopsy later revealed Xanax in its system.

“Every time you can connect these people to show a pattern or a criminal company, you prove what you have to prove to do the case, and these things help you do that,” said Raspanti.
