A former employee and reserve police officer for Voice of America was arrested on Thursday, after he allegedly threatened to continuously murder Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green, R-GA.

The 64-year-old Seth Jason from Maryland was arrested by the US Capitol Police (USCP) and faces an indictment against four points because he has supposedly influenced a federal official by threatening a family member, a federal civil servant, a threat, interpretation with a threat to kidnaps or injuries and anonymous telecommunications officers.

The police also confiscated a laptop, several phones, an iPad and several thumbs.

During a press conference on Thursday, US lawyer Jeanine Pirro said that the threats were “repeated and continuously” equipped from October 2023 to the end of January of this year.

Pirro said Jason was accused of making statements, including: “I look forward to your book signing. We are all armed and ready to take care of you. We come after you and your employees and we are closed and invited. We will all remove them. We have our AK-47S.

According to Pirro, the Greenes offices employees were also threatened, including the families of the employees.

Pirro made the case even more outrageous and said Jason was a former employee of the full-time federal government at Voice of America. She said he used telephones in the control rooms in which broadcasters reported to make the threats.

“For 15 months I received fearsome threats of murder from a person who was alarming in my office building in the Voice of America,” Greene wrote on Thursday in a statement to Fox News Digital. “This type of persistent, targeted harassment is deeply worrying. I really feared for my life for my life, how I have been pursuing criminal law with all the threats of murder that I receive.

Jason is currently unemployed after he was withdrawn from Voice of America a few months ago. The retirement came when President Donald Trump ordered the state-funded media company of the US media meals, with a federal judge later restored the agency.

“By leading President Trump, this extensive German bureaucracy is held accountable, also through the work of Kari Lake, the senior consultant of the US agency for global media, is monitored by Voice of America.”

Lake accepted social media to thank Pirro to “take these threats seriously”.

“I am sick from what the congress member @RepMTG had to go through their employees and their families because the threats passed for 15 months! It annoys me that a equipment funded by taxpayer financed equipment financed in a removed way to threaten people, including a selected official lake.”

Lake also said it was time to close the voice of America.

In the meantime, Pirro swores to keep government employees at the highest level.

“Nobody should have to look over their shoulders every day and wonder whether these threats should be fulfilled … The threat that their family is murdered as they are murdered is weak.”

“My message today should be loud and clear: this behavior is a crime,” she added. “They threaten an official and they will be exposed to the full power of the law that they reflect. There will be no mercy and no excuses.”

“We will work very, very hard to hold them accountable if they make up these threats,” said Sullivan.
