Apple is suing Youtuber Jon Proser from FPT for alleged iOS 26 leaves; Names it a business secret

Apple has a lawsuit against YouTube Content Creator Jon Proser (@FrontpageTech) and the Tech product analyst by NTFTW Michael Ramacciotti submitted the company to the US district court of California, in which he claimed that ProSser had planned to lick “business secrets” from Apple, which ultimately by Youtube income of it benefited. ProSser published the first video about iOS 26, which was then called on January 18, iOS 19, in which he reveals the alleged design of the speculated camera app.

Apple allegations and a lawsuit

According to a court registration, Apple received the information on iOS 26 details that were leaked via an anonymous on April 4. The e -mail, as can be seen in the court document, only names the ProSser and Ramacciotti, while other names have been reduced. Apple claims that the case of ProSser and Ramacciotti's “coordinated scheme” arises in order to gain access to a development -iPhone in order to “steal Apple's business secrets from Apple”.

Apple said the two of them harm the company and its “thousands of employees” who work on the company's proprietary operating system. According to Apple's account, ProSser learned that Ramacciotti needed money and that he had a friend named Ethan Lipnik, who is an Apple employee who worked on Development OS designs.

ProSser and Ramacciotti then asserted themselves via Lipnik's development -iPhone that Cupertino Company claims to access the company's “confidential and trade secret” to the company's “confidential and secret information”. Apple learned this from an audio message that Ramacciotti sent to Lipnik, who shared Lipnik with the company before being released.

According to Apple, the alleged news showed that Ramacciotti Lipnik's location was pursued while he stayed in his place to determine when he would be gone longer. He then acquired Lipnik's pass code, whereupon he was able to break into the development iPhone. After Ramacciotti received unauthorized access to it, he showed ProSser iOS 19 (now called iOS 26) functions and applications that he later used in his videos.

The three videos in question, which ProSser have uploaded to his YouTube channel FPT, bears the title “Here is your very first look at iOS 19”, “Introduction of iOS 19 | Exclusive first look” and “This video is the largest iOS -Leak ever 19 -Vefrance”. The first video was uploaded on January 18, the second on March 26 and on April 8 on April 8th. In the first video, ProSser showed the alleged design of the camera app, the second showed the design of the lock screen in iOS 19 and the third showed the start screen design.

However, ProSser denied Apple's allegations. While he answered an X -Post, ProSser said that it was not that things happened at his end and that he was ready to talk to Apple about it. In another answer, he said that he “certainly did not plan” in order to gain access to another phone.
