Major Meth Bust: £ 900 confiscated in Minnesota | Crime & dishes

St. Paul, Minn. – Two men were arrested in one of the largest drug busts in the history of Minnesota.

Joel Casas-Santiago (46) and Guillermo Mercado-Chaparro, 44, is charged with conspiracy for the distribution of methamphetamine, with Mercado-Chaparro also being charged by an remote alien due to illegal re-entry.

The incumbent US lawyer Joseph H. Thompson says that the police arrested the two men after a hidden official bought a pound of Mercado-Chaparro. According to the authorities, they later discovered Mercado-Chaparro to lead alleged drug deals in South Minneapolis in a Toyota Tacoma truck all over south-minded. A subsequent search supposedly revealed more than 250 pounds meth in garbage bags and a cooler in a jeep wrangler after a drug dog was positively attentive.

Further investigations caused the police to find more than £ 630 in the Tacoma truck bed. The total fitting was almost £ 900 methamphetamine.

“This is not just another drug bust – it is one of the largest methamphetamine fits in the history of Minnesota,” said Joseph H.
