In court documents that were checked by the USA, the long -time Hollywood game recorded the alleged abuse by the phypors and wrote: “Aaron threatened to” break “my jaw and would cry, ask me to stay and promise to get help – none what has ever happened.”

The 54 -year -old Richards wrote in the application to the judge on Wednesday, July 16: “Aaron prompted me at least three conceals of the brain. Aaron told me that he left recording devices to record myself in hotel rooms and in my townhouses.”

USA TODAY has contacted a representative of Richards for a comment.

The couple who was married in 2018 are in the middle after Phypers were submitted at the beginning of this month.

“During our marriage, Aaron, me and themselves and the police threatened to kill. At the end of the submission there are several photos in which Richards has a blue eye, which she claims to be the result of the abuse of Phygers.

Richards, who had previously been married to actor Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2007, has been with Phypers, a businessman for seven years. He played sporadically in the Bravo Reality series “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during her stay on the show and on her Solo -Bravo series “Denise Richards and her wild things”.

The mother of three threesome and phypors do not share children together, and the two children who shared Richards with Sheen were not mentioned in the injunction, which the judge parted.

Aaron Phypers reacts to Denise Richards' claims for abuse

In a statement by People Magazine and Us Weekly on July 17th, Phypers denied the claims of his alienated wife in physical and emotional abuse and made the allegations “completely wrong and deeply hurtful”.

“Let me clearly be clear: I never used Denise physically or emotionally – or anyone,” said Phypers to the outlets. “Denise and I have confronted our share of challenges like many couples, but every proposal of abuse is categorically wrong. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience and respect.”

He added: “I ask for privacy while we navigate personal affairs, and I hope that the public and the media refrain from spreading harmful and unfounded claims.”

Denise Richard's details claims on July 4th with Aaron Phypers

Richards quoted an instance recently of abuse and claimed that Phypers (49) had broken into her private messages in the holiday of July 4. He asked the judge to take into account the seriousness of the attacks and their fear that it would be repeated.

“On July 4, 2025, Aaron repeatedly came from my face within two centimeters and shouted at me to humiliate the swear words,” wrote Richards. “Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm. On July 5, 2025, Aaron came to my town house with his father and climbed in centimeters of my face and started to shout me … With his right hand, the bill of my hat hit the back of my hat, which let my hat flown off.

“Later that day Aaron chased me and grabbed my arms and pushed me and dragged me to the ground.” Aaron stole my laptop and sent private text messages that he had stolen from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened that I would 'disappear' when I called the police. “

Richards claimed that she had failed to report the abuse earlier because she feared that this would lead to more damage.

“So far I was afraid of reporting Aaron to the police or applying for an injunction because he repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me when I reported him to the police,” she wrote, adding that this was only one of several threats that he would take if she would take part in law enforcement.

Later in the documents, Richards claimed while slept, Phypers went to her laptop and downloaded everything from her iCloud account, took photos of her private text messages and transferred them to his laptop. The star “Drop Dead Gorgeous” and “Love” actually “claims that Phypers shouted at her with explosions and shattered her over her head while she was on the toilet and demanded that she hand over her cell phone.

In the order, she demands that he has no contact with her, stays away from both her house and from her workplace and returns the electronic devices that she claims to have stolen.
