Strawed storms will be used in twin cities on Friday evening

On Friday in the mid -1970s, heights will have been largely dry in the twin cities until the early afternoon, with scattered storms being expanded to the east between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Some were able to bring hail and gusty winds, with the metro most affected after 6 p.m.

Saturday is dry for most with heights in the upper 70s to the lower 80s. A persistent early shower is possible far to the south and the humidity will increase some.

Sunday is largely sunny and warmer with storms after 9 p.m., mainly in the west.

Monday will be muggy with hit-or-miss-afternoon storms.

A better chance for storms develops late day on Tuesday because the pattern becomes more active.
