“We are expanding the family and the members of Mr. Tarrence our deepest condolences”, Hon. Zhavargo Jolly, Minister of Tourism, said.

“We thank the police from Royal Turks and Caicos and every person, every volunteer and organization who took part in the search. The entire Turks and the Caicos community mourn this loss together with the Tarrence family.”

Paul Pennicook, Interim CEO consultant from Experience Turks and Caicos, added: “This is a deeply tragic result, and our hearts go to Mr. Tarrene's wife and family. We strive to support you in this difficult time in this difficult time.”

According to the private investigator Carl Defazio, Tarrence was most recently seen on safety material and his rental house in Grace Bay, Providenciales, and moved to the city center.

Defazio, who was hired by Tarrence's family, told News 12 West Chesters that nothing was in the ordinary lead before his disappearance.

“Everything in front of the point where he left this house seems to be fine,” said Defazio. “They had a boat trip and went for dinner, just like any other family would do if they are here.”

Tarrence, who recently moved to Manhattan, arrived with his wife in Turks and Caicos on June 22nd with his wife. They wanted to stay until June 29th.

The evening was missing, his wife had gone to bed. When she woke up, he was no longer in Airbnb.

“They seemed to have a few normal days and he went out of his apartment, which is located in a very safe place and in the middle of the Grace Bay Road,” Defazio told Fox News. “We have him in front of the camera and he goes into the city, and then he basically disappears, and since then we haven't heard from him since then.”

On July 5, the police from Royal Turks and Caico's islands announced that the body of an unidentified deceased man was found at 9:06 a.m. in the Grace Bay Area “in a state of decomposition”.

“The body was not found in 90 days for 10 days [degree] Warmth, ”said Defazio.

The private investigator previously told People Magazine that the body was found near Airbnb in which Tarrence and his wife lived.

“He was found a 20-minute walk from which he was last seen,” added Defazio. “I would say about a block of Leeward Highway in a small commercial area.”
