Tribunal hears Trans -Doctor while the nurse sobbed

The tribunal also heard that an informal monthly meeting between Senior Consultants and Senior Nurses – some time before the Christmas Eve – was made aware that Dr. Upton had access to the female changing room.

Dr. Pitt said: “At one of these meetings before December, a member of the senior nurses said that Dr. Upton had taken over this changing room, but our understanding was that she was entitled to have been informed.

“We were not informed about the details, it was to know that people had concerns.”
