  • Trump denied the letter of the letter and described the report “fake, maliciously and defamatory” and threatened to sue the WSJ.
  • The letter, as reported by the WSJ, contains a hand -drawn naked woman and a fictional conversation between Trump and Epstein.

A report by Wall Street Journal on a birthday letter from President Donald Trump on the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein caused Trump to sue the newspaper.

The journal reported on July 17, Ghislaine Maxwell had a leather album for Epstein's 50th birthday before it was arrested for the first time. The book was to be filled with letters from Epstein's friends, and the diary found that Trump was one of them.

Trump said the letter was “wrong” in a social contribution to the truth and called the story “wrong, malignant and defamatory” and threatened to sue the journal.

The report takes place when the Trump government was exposed to both the Republicans and Democrats with increasing pressure to publish further documents regarding Epstein's criminal proceedings. Trump previously accused the bidges administration to hide a list of Epstein customers. The Ministry of Justice teased that more files would come out, but on July 7, Attorney General Pam Bondi said that there was no list of customers and no further disclosure was required.

According to the history of the journal, Trump said that he would instruct Bondi to publish further documents.

What did Trump's birthday card say about Epstein?

The Wall Street Journal reported that the letter with Trump's name contains a outline of a hand -drawn naked woman with machine -written text and describes an apparently imaginary conversation between Trump and Epstein. According to the magazine, what it said is:

“Voice over: Life has to have more than everything,” the note began.

Donald: Yes, there is, but I will not tell you what it is.

Jeffrey: I'm not going to be because I also know what it is.

Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.

Jeffrey: Yes, we think about it.

Donald: Do you never age enigmas, did you notice that?

Jeffrey: In fact, it was clear to me that I last saw you.

Donald: A buddy is a wonderful thing. Happy birthday – and can be a wonderful secret every day.

Trump later returned the letter in a later social post.

“These are not my words, not the way I talk. I also don't draw pictures,” he said about the social truth.

Trump threatens legal steps against WSJ

The journal also spoke to Trump for his history and denied that he had written the letter. He also told the outlet that he would prepare a lawsuit if the magazine published the story.

“I will sue the Wall Street Journal, just like I have sued everyone else,” he said according to the article.

According to Reuters, Trump has sued several prominent news agencies, including that of the Moines Register of the USA Today Network, ABC News and CBS.

Is Donald Trump in the Epstein files?

Trump has already appeared in legal documents about Epstein's crimes, but never in a way that implies it.

In the nineties, Trump drove Epstein aircraft, according to flight protocols, which were published in two lawsuits. But that was more than 30 years.

In the public prosecutor's documents of Palm Beach County, a picture of a message Pad communication appeared that was confiscated in a police in Palm Beach, but there is nothing more than Trump's name and a telephone number.

When was Epstein caught and first charged?

A police investigation by Epstein began in March 2005, after a woman from the Palm Beach area in Florida said that her 14-year-old stepdaughter was molested by a wealthy man.

In July 2006, Epstein was charged by a Grand jury for a crime for prostitution that was not addressed with the victim's 14-year-old. He was arrested and spent a night in the Palm Beach County prison, which was released the next day with 3,000 US dollar bond.

Epstein signed a non -contract contract that was referred to as the “deal of the century”. In 2008 he was guilty of asking prostitution and a minor to prostitution. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, where he was allowed to register six days a week/12 hours a day in the 13 months in which he served.

When he was released from prison, he spent a year for house arrest, but was allowed to travel everywhere as long as he returned in 24 hours.

What was Epstein convicted for?

Epstein never sat on legal proceedings, but he was guilty of questioning prostitution and a minor for prostitution in Florida in 2008. He was also a registered sex offender.

He died in 2019 before he could be brought to court for sex trade in New York. He was hung in a prison cell in Manhattan and the medical examiner ruled it as suicide.
