Possible explosion in the department training of the Sheriff by East La Sheriff Kills 3

According to the department authorities, an incident in a training facility of a sheriff in Los Angeles County in East La, including MPs.

Firefighters from La County said they reacted to calls of a possible explosion on Friday at 7:30 a.m. The facility houses the bomb square of the department.

Officials of the sheriff confirmed that there were three deaths of “department members”, but did not expressly said they were MPs. At the beginning they only said that a loud explosion could be heard in the area.

A public information officer was sent on site and further information will be expected shortly.

The US general Prosecutor Pam Bondi said in a social media post that the people killed were the members of the sheriff and that federal officials were at the scene. She also expressed sympathy for the families.

In the meantime, local officers have expressed condolences and concerns.

“I am deeply sad about the tragic incident that took place this morning at the sheriff department of the sheriff in Los Angeles in Ost -los Angeles,” said supervisor Hilda L. Solis, whose district East La belongs. “My heart goes to the families, friends and colleagues of the three people who have lost their lives in an apparently devastating explosion.”

“My heart is difficult and my thoughts are in this difficult time among the brave men and women of the sheriff department,” said Supervisor Kathryn Barger. “We stand with you and your families while navigating the coming hours and days.”

Aerial photographs of KCAL News seem to show that the explosion in a parking lot with large box trucks and patrols has taken place.
