Rachel Campos-Duffy (Fox Noticias Host): You see what the left tries to try Donald Trump against these empathetic families who can be used to call themselves or have family members deported. But reality is the big, vast majority. I mean, we speak of the children who are treated sexually or for child labor, and child labor is Hispanics. Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, our ice officers and our border police are the largest defenders of Hispanic children who are exploited. And you don't get the loan you earn. I think Hispanics – good, normal Hispanic Americans get that. And really Claudia Sheinbaum, the President of Mexico and many of these Latin American countries, should thank Donald Trump.

Campos-Duffy: The actual question is about the obsession you have with it is really about who we are as Americans. And they often hear, we are a nation of immigrants.

I think the question is, are we a nation of immigrants? Or are we a nation of settlers? And I would argue with them, I want us to be the latter. We are a country that was forged and created by settlers. Settlers who came and formed a new identity. You have created a new culture. They had customs that were very unique to go to who we are.

And then we allowed immigrants to come in and assimilate themselves, and that didn't happen. Why? Why didn't that happen? Why was this whole process that my mother belonged to, and was a wonderful process that became the citizen of the United States, why did that fall apart?

The reason for this is that the left America basically took on the left. They hate our founding history, they hate our founding fathers, they hate everything about our founding documents. They hate it. And what the illegal immigrant represents for you is an opportunity for you to redesign America in a different picture. A kind of Marxist, dystopian perfect utopia you want. And the illegal immigrant will then weapons for this purpose. For them in America it is not about who we are and how you and me – I am Hispanic Americans, you are white from Texas – I think you and I have a lot in common. For the left – and that is because we are Americans, we see each other as an American. But for the left this is only a paperwork problem. Fix the documents, legalize them, give them free things. They have no interest in assimilating them, and they have more contempt for those Americans who keep our culture and want to maintain and secure our identity than for those who have no loyalty to our country because they have just broken the law here and are here for economic reasons.
