Preview of the Marlins series: A team of young people

The Royals resume the second half with a street series in Miami. At the beginning of the year, they probably circled this as a series that should easily win or even sweep the Royals. The eternally stingy Marlin's owner set a team with a salary statement of 68.5 million US dollars, the lowest in baseball. You have the most recent line-up in baseball and the third youngest pitching employee.

And yet the Marlins don't look as bad as we go to this July series. They had a difficult start to the season, but won 21 of their last 34, the second best record in the National League during this time and over the mighty braves in the overall ranking.

Kansas City Royals (47-50) against Miami Marlins (44-51) in Landepot Park, Miami, FL

Royals: 3.38 Runs achieved/game (29 in MLB), 3.67 runs allowed/game (2nd)

Marlins: 4.29 Runs achieved/game (18th), 4.87 runs allowed/game (24th)

The Marlins had trouble achieving a large part of the year, but had two two-digit outbreaks the week before the All-Star break. Only four teams met fewer Homeruns, but they have the ninth highest impact average at 0.254 and they have the sixth best wrc+ with runners in the goal position.

Kyle Stowers was acquired by the Orioles last year and developed in the best power hitter of the Marlins. He plays in his last 20 games with nine homes. Agustín Ramírez is second among all newcomers with 14 Home Runs and is only Nick Kurtz. Dane Myers meets on the left .338/.400/.515. Heriberto Hernandez meets in 38 record appearances against right -handed .371/.395/.629. Jesús Sánchez meets at home .304/.363/.464.

Otto Lopez has the sixth most of the infield goal in baseball. Myers has achieved a great start, but only meets in his last 22 games .192/.250/.205. Xavier Edwards has the second lowest ISO in baseball.

The Marlins are an average defensive team with Lopez, Edwards and Myers, who offer a strong defense in the middle. Ramirez has only ejected 12 percent of the potential basistears. The Marlins are a below-average basic theft team, although they have a number of players who can be a threat to delete a basis.

In his only career start against the Royals in 2019, he threw a four-hit game shutout.

Cal Quantrill led the league in walks last year with the Rocky Mountains, but has significantly improved his Walk rate this year. He still has six innings this year. He has an inverted split with Righties that hits from .371/.410/.653. The opponents meet four soul team against his 93 miles per hour.

The 29-year-old had an ERA of 6.75 ERA in parts of four seasons in parts of four seasons with the Angels, Brewers and Athletics, but this year has achieved a starter success with the Marlin. In his three starts before the break, he only allowed two deserved runs over 19 innings, including seven innings against Orioles in his last excursion. His sweeper was very effective this year, and the opponents only met 0.172 with a faith of 24.6 percent.

The Marlins have become young again, but they seem to have found a few decent rackets that could give them a basis to build around – if they keep them. However, the pitching was much more unpredictable, which could make Royal's rackets possible to get the second half at a much better start than they showed in the first half.
