Alea added to the petition of seeing Bodycam video in Jabari peoples, the death shot

Birmingham, ala. (Wbrc) – The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (Alea) was added to a petition Submitted by lawyers who represent the family Jabari Völker.

The petition calls on the dishes to intervene and to see the Bodycam film material from the night that Jabari died.

Alea denied the family's request to see the videoReferring to the ongoing investigations.

The changed submission takes place after the city of Homewood asked a judge to relieve the application last week that Alea had taken over the investigation and that the petition had to be added as a custodian of the Bodycam film material.

The new registration states that the changed petition was framed as closely as possible in order to meet the strict requirements according to the law of Alabama.

It will continue to testify critical evidence – the civil servant's body carried out with the body – remains inaccessible and consists of the risk of permanent resolution.
