Update (8:52 p.m.) – SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base on Friday evening.

It started at 8:52 p.m. and carried 24 Starlink satellites into the orbit with low earth.

SpaceX is preparing for the second start of the week from the Vandenberg Space Force Base.

A Falcon 9 with 24 Starlink satellites for the low-Earth orbit is to be held on Friday at 8:51 p.m. by SLC-4E. Available backup options available until 9:52 p.m.

If the start does not take place on Friday, another opportunity is available on Saturday from 9:26 p.m.

The booster of the first stage is expected to end up shortly after the start of the Pacific Ocean's drunship, which means that there will probably be no tonal boom on site.
