Jordan Spieth, Mrs. Annie Kirt Big news before the Open Championship

Jordan Spieth's 2025 season took a strange turn when he was forced to withdraw from the Travelers Championship.

“I'm fine,” he said afterwards. “It was a strange neck cramp that just showed up and I just couldn't get through the round. It was a strange business. I have a good team here I work with, and I knew it would be short -lived, and it was only a few days.”

The three -time major champion announced that he was already full of strength in the weeks before the open championship. “I was next week, our last major of the year, and then the play-offs afterwards for the full strength that is preparing for the open championship. Many big events, but I have no restrictions on what is great.”

Before the last big tournament of the year, Spieth and Mrs. Annie expected their third child at all times. Despite the impending birth of his third child, the Star Golfer made it clear that he would not miss the open.

“Yes, I will be at the open championship. I will be a bit of a late arrival, but I will be there. Fortunately, six years ago I played the open open in this course in Northern Ireland, so I will not have the feeling that I have to learn a new place, but only try to get the work before the baby comes and is sure that everyone is good, and then I will go on,” he said.

Well, this baby just came in time when the family announced the arrival of Sully Spieth just a few days before the open.

“We added a new member to the four – Sully Spieth! Everyone is doing well,” said Spieth in a message on Instagram.

Not long later, Spieth was on the site for the open championship at Royal Portrush and received a special gift from R&A, which offered a special gift for Sully.

“Big week for Papa Jordan Spieth. Little Gift for Sully,” read a heading of the contribution to Instagram.

Spieth and his wife were high school favorites who were engaged in 2017, were married in 2018 and since then added three children to the family.
